The pipe joint is divided into flexible pipe joint and rigid pipe joint.

 

The flexible pipe joint connection makes the system flexible, allowing the steel pipe to have certain angle deviation and relative dislocation. The gap between the ends of the two steel tubes can be adapted to the expansion and contraction of the pipes after the connection of the pipes. The normal working pressure should be maintained in the case of maximum allowable deflection dislocation. Flexible pipe joints have the ability to withstand certain end loads. End load refers to the ability of the groove of the pipe joint to withstand the axial load along the pipe. The rigid pipe joint connection mode makes the system not flexible. After the pipe joint is clamped, it can form a rigid body with the steel pipe. When the span of the hanger is large, the pipe is connected by its own rigid support.
